Machine Design & Fabrication

We'll take your concept or constraints and turn them into a 3D design and then 2D drawings ready for fabrication. You'll then own all the files for all future design and modifcations.

We can handle any sort of machining, welding and assembly that your project might need.

We'll spec all aspects of design to meet customer constraints. Component specing ranges from material choice to motor selection and everything in between.

Provide us with your constraints and problem statement and we'll do all the necessary force, torque, c etc. equations to make sure the solution we give you works!

Custom cartridge or bolt-on heaters, thermocouples are all in our wheel house! So is cooling solutions in the form of open and closed loop air, water or oil systems.

We can spec out all hydraulic and pneumatic system requirements from cylinders, valves, manifolds, power units etc.

We can help you design custom mounts and brackets for your sensors for whatever configuration your application calls for! We also can model new or existing sensors for you to see how they will fit into your existing equipment.

We will incorporate any additional guarding, interlock or safety devices necesary to meet OSHA and your companies safety standards.
