In many cases there are pieces of equipment at your business where drawings and 3D models don't exist. What happens when you need to make spares or need to have a machine shop repair in a rush and you need a drawing? We've got you covered. We can take your existing part and create a drawing for fabrication in as little as a day to get you back up and running.

2D Drawings Process & Pricing

Have drawings made for your existing part or new concept. We can also take existing parts or assemblies and make modifications to drawings for you or your company.

Process

Upon inquiry we can either visit on-site or give a quote from a detailed description and enough pictures. You will receive an initial quote in the beginning of the job that outlines scope of job. The quote will also outline a delivery date of files and physical drawings. Upon completion you be required to sign off on drawing and will receive files & physical drawings. Payment will be due within 30 days of signing for acceptance.

Deliverables

Upon job completion you will receive digital copies of your drawings in .pdf, .dwg, .svg file formats. We also can supply multiple physical copies of drawings in various sizes. Typically we will have to make 3D Part & Assembly files in order to create drawings so by default you will receive any 3D files needed to complete your job with no additional charge!

Pricing & Terms

Pricing is typically based on amount of deliverables requested and number of hours to complete job. We charge $53.50/hour for general CAD work.  Number of hours to complete depends on the complexity of part and accuracy that customer specifies. If existing drawings are already supplied this greatly speeds up the process but we are used to making drawings from scratch! Additional fees will also be added based on the number of physical copies of drawings that customers request.

3D Parts & Assemblies

Looking to have a 3D Part or Assembly file made for a piece of equipment? We can create 3D files of your existing parts, new concepts or modifying existing parts.

Process

You will receive an initial quote in the beginning of the job that outlines scope of job and estimated number hours to complete job. The quote will also outline a delivery date of files and physical drawings. Typically we will either make an on-site visit to take appropriate dimensions. Upon completion you be required to sign off on drawing and will receive files & physical drawings. Payment will be due within 30 days of signing for acceptance.

Deliverables

Upon job completion you will receive digital copies of your parts in .step & .stl files. Because the approval process requires you to sign off on drawings you will also receive .pdf and .dwg files of your parts as well for no additional charge!
